स्पीक एशिया: नवनीत खोसला ने अपना केस वापस लिया



सभी स्पीक एशियन दोस्तों को बहुत -बहुत बधाइयाँ ....आज स्पीक एशिया इतिहास के एक अहम् अध्याय और लिखा गया ......स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ पहला केस मुंबई में (जिसके चलते पेनलिस्ट पिछले 11 माह से भूखे और परेशान थे) दायर करने वाला पेनलिस्ट नवनीत खोसला ने आज खुद ही अपना केस वापस ले लिया ....और पुन: एक बार स्पीक एशिया और उसके बिजनेस मोडल का पावर को साबित कर दिया |

स्पीक एशिया से जुड़े लोगों ने  श्री खोसला का शुक्रिया अदा किया है. एक सन्देश देखिये :-

Some of The Mumbai Panelists with Help of AISPA have managed to Pay back An outstanding amount to Mr. Navniit Khosla and finally he admitted to withdraw the complaint against Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd.

He has Also Given one More Affidavit stating that he received his money back and now settled and further he has no more complaints with Company..

This is Really A Great Victory and was Not Possible with The Unity Called AISPA ...

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
