FIRs against speak asia will be Quashed Soon !



Greetings to All !!!


The Affidavit that needs to get submitted to AP CID will be done soon...During the mediation meetings all the queries and questions have been solved out with a proper clarification for which the mediator's report has been submitted in SC...

A copy of that report through SC will be sent to the concerned agency for clarification...which will lead to quashing the case in lower court and SC for which the date is likely to get preponded which is listed on 27th April...
... 
N** we are patiently waiting for 2nd April writ 383 where we are expecting the website login along with exit option to get activated and also a POP UP from the company which will guide us through the way for restart...

Once the exit payments start all other cases shall have no p**** and will be quashed soon...Its understandable to see the frustration and the procedural delay which has been taking place....however once done we will rise again

    DEAR SPEAKASIANS, THIS FIGHT IN THE COURT HAS TAKEN LONG TIME AND AN COMMON CANNOT WAIT FOR HIS MONEY FOR SUCH A LONG TIME. BUT STILL SPEAKASIANS HAVE WAITED FOR A LONG TIME AND THE RESULTS WILL COME SOON. MEANS EVERY SPEAKASIAN WILL START GETTING THEIR MONEY FROM COMPANY. WEBSITE WILL ALSO START SOON. WE HAVE WAIT FEW MORE DAYS AND DEFINITELY EVERY SPEAKASIAN WILL BE HAPPY TO SEE THE SITE OPEN SOON ON THEIR COMPUTERS.

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
