Respected Speakasians,

Many panelists are confused due to two updates regarding SLP 7509/7510. Just want to clear that there is no need of any confusion. Confusion is a very personal choice & any one can avoid it very easily, Now coming to the point. First update was on 9th August, 2012 after the hearing in Hon. Supreme Court. That was:

"The Speakasia's Writ SLP/7509, 7510/2011 to quash criminal proceedings in Hon. Supreme Court against State of A.P. Thr. CID, Hyderabad & Anr was heard. The CB-CID have submitted that they do not wish to file any Affidavit in the matter. So the Hon. Supreme Court has asked the Company SAOL to file a list of all pending litigation in their matter within the next two weeks. The matter will be heard on 31st August, 2012.

Means it's a good move towards our journey of victory. Complete details will be provided by the 14th August or 16th August 2012, coz of some sensitivity & legal complications. But now there is nothing to worry in this matter. So friends have patience & pray for the best."

Second update was came on 31st August 2012. That was:

"In view of the Charge sheet having been filed in the Vijayawada matter the SLP stands disposed off. But a huge positive out of the hearing today is that the Trial court has been ordered to adjudicate the SAOL matter without being influenced by the observations made by the Hon’ble Hyderabad High Court vide the order passed on 30th August, 2011 in CRL.M.P.Nos.6459 and 7016 of 2011 by HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO.

We wish to bring to the notice of this wonderful family that the observations passed by the Hyderabad High Court as above were negative and would have gone against the company during trial, with the clarification as above by the Hon’ble Supreme Court this disadvantage of the company has now been removed. No doubt the trial will resume in the Magistrate court in Vijayawada but let us understand that there are two different issues Business Restart and the Trial, to the best of our knowledge the trial may have no bearing what so ever on the restart of the Business activity of the company.

We wish to bring to the notice of this wonderful family that once a Charge Sheet has been filed in a particular subject matter in any trial court then no other charge Sheet in a similar subject matter should be filed in any other court in the country. 

With the filing of the Charge sheet in Vijayawada we feel that at least now the sword of Damocles hanging on us panelists is removed from our heads.

"Confusion:

In the first update there was one line that "The CB-CID have submitted that they do not wish to file any Affidavit in the matter."

Ans:

They do not wish to file any affidavit because CB-CID filed an Charge sheet & how it's positive moove, that is already explained in a second update.

Confusion:

Why it was not informed to us earlier ? 

Ans:

The answer was already lying in a first update that " Complete details will be provided by the 14th August or 16th August 2012, coz of some sensitivity & legal complications. But now there is nothing to worry in this matter. So friends have patience & pray for the best."

Confusion:

There was nothing regarding Charge sheet on the website of apex court.

Ans:

Many times it was told that the complete order can not be available at court's websites.

Confusion:

Why the trial court will start in lower/magistrate court ?

Ans:

It is as per Indian criminal law that trial always starts from magistrate’s court.

Friends, Some people have been spreading unsubstantiated rumors about the trial and the process of law, we urge the Panelists and consumers to simply ignore such people and do not give any heed to their comments. The law will take its own course and the company to the best of our knowledge and experience is moving everything in their control for an early restart. Jai Sachhe Speakasians..!!!
