EOW which has not been submitted yet and is expected to get filed on or before 7th December…


Hello Friends !!!
It is now confirmed and assured that the test payments done by the company has been successful and is able to transfer the money into the respective bank accounts of the Exitors without having any problems…However the 2nd batch of the exit disbursement is likely to happen soon within coming week or so hopefully
Thane and Raigad case which has been adjourned to 7th Dec as there were some missing documents now these missing documents are considered to be the Chargesheet of EOW which has not been submitted yet and is expected to get filed on or before 7th December…
And another most important thing which is to be noticed here is that the Transfer of Investigation which is to be considered by the Govt. authority as per the direction of the High Court on 7th December which will be informed on that day whether the transfer of Investigation would be applicable or not and if yes then which authority will be doing the investigation will be made clear on that day itself…NOTE:Only after disbursing the payments of Exit optioners further steps will be initiated for Restart by the company
Friends it is very well seen that things have taken a long time now which have become a reason of frustration and depressing for many of the panelists…Meanwhile it is also seen that many other MLM companies are rising up very fast by copying the business module of Speakasia which is matter of concern for the company…
The more the Delay happens the more problems and expenditure or loss is beared by the company…Another much shocking thing is that some people coming in facebook with FAKE ID and claiming to be like company’s official or the CEO is trying to mislead and spread baseless things amongst all we fail to understand the hidden motive of such people coming with FAKE ID as they just want to create panic and fights amongst all and want the unity or strength of the panelist to get weakened…
We here in support are a group of strong and positive people believe in keeping the unity and also establishing a powerful group of well educated and mature people with great knowledge and experience who are trying their best to co-operate and support the majority till Business Restart
Once announcement or intimation of Restart is done then we shall take a breathe of ease and relaxation and shall then plan the next step for further activities or steps taken to safeguard the interest of the panelists here in this group itself
I would request all to co-operate with us and take this group seriously as the matter involves 20 lakh families which suffered and struggled during bad and good moments …Please keep supporting and help everyone as much as you can to spread the awareness and enlightenment to know the facts and authentic news only which shall be good for all of us as a family here….

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
