              THE COMMITTEE WAS FORMED BY SC TO SETTLE THE DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES WHO HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR COMPANY AND BUSINESS MODULE...AS DIRECTED BY SUPREME COURT SEVERAL MEETINGS WERE HELD BETWEEN THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO SETTLE OR SOLVE THE DISPUTES REGARDING PAYMENTS AND ALSO THE BUSINESS MODULE...THE REPORTS THAT WERE POSITIVE HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED BY R.C LAHOTI ON 3RD JAN IN SC FOR WHICH A DATE OF 9TH JAN WAS GIVEN FOR THE HEARING.

     NOTE: REPORTS WERE NOT CREATED BY SHRI R.C LAHOTI JI ALONE HIMSELF...BUT WITH THE PRESENCE OF OTHER CONCERNED AUTHORITIES WHICH CAME IN THE MEETING AND AGREED UPON OUR MATTER FOR WHICH THE REPORT WAS FORMED AND THE SAME HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IN SC...A COPY OF REPORTS WAS REQUESTED BY THE AUTHORITIES ON 9TH JAN NOT FOR RAISING AN OBJECTION BUT TO HAVE A CONFIRMATION BY SC FOR OUR FUTURE BUSINESS OPERATION AND PROCEEDINGS WHICH IS A GREAT THING THAT HAPPENED...

        NOW IT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT OUR COMPANY IS 100% LEGAL AND IS ON PAPERS APPROVED BY SC WHICH WILL SOON HIT THE TOP-MOST CORPORATE IN THE WORLD...AND THEN WE ALL WILL SAY "WE ARE PROUD TO BE A SPEAKASIAN"

         LET US ALL WAIT FOR SC VERDICT ON 16TH JAN...AND BE UNITED TILL THIS WHOLE MONTH OF JAN AND I AM SURE THT EVERYONE WILL BE VERY HAPPY AND POSITIVE

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
