SOME CLARIFICATION:THE DECISION OF SUPREME COURT WHICH WE CALL IS FINAL VERDICT COULD HAVE COME ON 9TH JAN ITSELF IF UNION OF INDIA DID NOT COME AT THAT TIME AND REQUESTED FOR A COPY OF REPORT OF SHRI R.C LAHOTI FOR A PROOF OF OUR BUSINESS MODULE FOR FUTURE REFERENCES AND A REPLY FROM UOI WAS ASKED BY SC TO SUBMIT THE REPORT ON 16TH JAN...

HOWEVER ON 16TH AS WE ALL WERE EXPECTING FINAL VERDICT AGAIN WE ALL THOUGHT THAT UNION OF INDIA(UOI) WOULD COME AND GIVE THEIR MAIN REPORT...AND SC JUDGE WILL GIVE THE DECISION IN OUR FAVOUR...BUT UNION OF INDIA DID NOT TURN UP AS THEY WERE NOT READY WITH THEIR REPORTS AND ASKED SUPREME COURT TO GIVE MORE TIME...THTZ WHY SUPREME COURT GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE REPORT AND SUBMIT IT IN SC BEFORE 30TH JAN...

ON 30TH JAN AGAIN THERE WILL BE A HEARING AS AGAIN IT WILL BE THE FINAL VERDICT THAT WE EXPECT BY SUPREME COURT AGAIN

NOTE:ALL THE REPORTS SUBMITTED BY ROC,MCA,RBI WERE POSITIVE AND THE REPORT GIVEN BY EOW WAS NOT POSITIVE AND NOT NEGATIVE WITHOUT ANY PROOF AND LAHOTI JI HAS SETTLED THE DISPUTE THERE ITSELF IN THE MEETING

THE WHOLE JUDICIARY KNOWS THAT SPEAKASIA CASE WILL WIN AND THERE IS NO DOUBTS REGARDING US IN ANY TERMS...AS ALL OF YOU MIGHT BE AWARE THAT UOI IS THE MAIN HEAD FOR ROC,MCA,RBI,EOW AND ROC...ALL THESE AGENCIES HAVE GIVEN POSITIVE REPORTS TO R.C LAHOTI JI IN THE MEETING ITSELF AND INCASE OF DISPUTE IT HAS BEEN SETTLED IN MEEETING...

NOW THE QUESTION IS WILL UOI SUBMIT THE REPORT BERFORE 30TH JAN OR WILL THEY ASK FOR SOME MORE TIME AFTER 30TH JAN...WHATSOEVE THE THING IS WE ALL KNOW THAT NOW THE VERDICT OF SC IS NEAR AND NOBODY IN THIS WORLD WILL BE ABLE TO POINT ON US AFTER THE DECISION GIVEN BY SC

WAIT FOR GOOD NEWS ALL OF MY SPEAKASIAN BROTHER AND SISTERS
WE ALL ARE JUST WAITING FOR THE VERDICT FOR BUSINESS RESTART
AND WE ALL SHOULD BE UNITED AS WE KNOW HOW MUCH OUR COMPANY IS FIGHTING FOR US DAY AND NIGHT AND HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ARE SPENDING TO FIGHT FOR US...

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
