JAISE KI AAP SAB KO PATA HAI KI AAJ SUP.COURT MAI WRIT 383 KI HEARING THI. BUT AAJ UNION OF INDIA KA REPLY NAHI AANE KE KARAN .SUP.COURT NE UNKO 14DAYS KA TIME DIYA HAI.
MY DEAR FRNDS HUM KISI DATE KO FINAL DATE NAHI KHA SAKTE HAI .
AISA NAHI HAI KI 30TH IS FINAL DAY. AGAR KOI US DIN BHI NAHI AATA HAI TO COURT 1 YA 2 DATE AUR GRANT KAR SAKTA HAI.
SO ITS MY PERSONAL REQUEST PLS KEEP PATIENCE HOPE PLS WAIT WE CAN'T GIVE ANY FIXED DATE IN THIS MATTER BUT MY PERSONAL HOPE IS FEB LAST.
YEH SACH HAIN AUR HUM SABKO ISE SAMAJNA HOGA..ISKE SIVA KYA KAR SAKTHE HAIN.
COMPANY TIME NAHIN LE RAHI HAIN .AGENMCY WALE YE SAB KAR RAHE HAIN.
SO MY REQUEST (IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT SOME THING ASSEST THE ULTIMATE LOSS & COMPROMISE WITH THAT STAGE).
BOMBAY HIGH COURT KA CASE BHI 25TH JAN KO POSTPONE HUA HAIN..
NEXT DATE OF HEARING IN WRIT 383 IS 30TH JAN..AASHA AUR PRARTHANA KARTHE HAIN KI HAMEIN USDIN (30TH) KO INSAAF MILEGA AUR WO BHO BINE KISI AGLE DATE KE SAATH HAMARI FAVOR MEIN...

The update of today's hearing in the supreme court for the SAOL case is as follows:

1. The Government agencies were not been represented by their lawyers in the court.

2. In the absence of the concerned parties the court has now given the hearing date on 30th January, 2012.

Till now we have got only this information. Within a day or two the complete detail of today's hearing will automatically be uploaded on the website of supreme court. We will provide the link of the update for your easy access. Once we go through the order of the supreme court for today's hearing we will be able to understand as to which way the hearing is going. So let us wait for the detail order to come.

Till we win this lengthy legal battle lets be united and patient. We must understand one fact that it is well known that the legal procedure in our Country is very lengthy, but when the matter has reached the apex court then fair trial and justice is guaranteed.

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
