UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R:

1.) Heard senior counsels for the parties.

2.) Mr. Shekhar Naphade, senior counsel submits that he will place the records (made available with the Mediator) before this Court in a sealed cover for our perusal.

3.) We make it clear that pendency of this matter either before the Mediator or before this Court will not hamper with the investigation.

4.) I.A.No.13 Issue notice. Ms. Asha G. Nair, accepts notice. Learned counsel for the respondent sought time to file his response to this application. Time is granted.

5.) List all the applications along with the main matter on 8th August, 2012 for final disposal.

2.) वरिष्ठ सलाहकार Mr. Shekhar Naphade ने अपने विचार रखते हुए कहा की वह हमारे (कोर्ट के) संवीक्षण के लिए तमाम सारे साक्ष्यों / प्रमाणों (जो Mediator महोदय को भी उपलब्ध करवा दिया गया है) को मुहरबंद लिफ़ाफ़े में कोर्ट के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करेंगे.....

3.) हम (न्यायमंडल) यह स्पष्ट करते हैं की यह लंबित विचाराधीन मामला जो या तो Mediator महोदय के समक्ष है या न्यायालय के समक्ष, जांच-परीक्षण /अनुसंधान कार्य में किसी भी प्रकार का बाधा / अड़ंगा नहीं पैदा करेगा..........

4.) I.A.No.13 को अधिसूचना जारी किया जाता है, Ms. Asha G. Nair, ने उस अधिसूचना को स्वीकार किया, प्रतिवादी (I.A.No.13) के तरफ से वरिष्ट सलाहकार (Ms. Asha G. Nair) ने उस अधिसूचना के पक्ष में अपने आवेदन-पत्र के साथ अपनी जवाबदेही को न्यायालय में दाखिल करने के लिए समय की मांग की , न्यायालय के द्वारा समय प्रदान किया गया..........

5.) सभी आवेदन-पत्रों को मुख्य मुद्दे के साथ दिनांक 8 अगस्त 2012 को अंतिम निपटारे के लिए सूचिबद्ध किया जाता है.......
