Now after filing the chargesheet eow might not be able to investigate further into the matter as said by the investigation officer that "now they have enough evidence to file the chargesheet against the company" The chargesheet is expected to be filed soon in couple of weeks time now which is expected and not confirmed yet as we never know the intention of the investigation agency which is very much uncertain and unexpected... So as per my analysis the chargesheet can be clubbed in AP CB-CID which can run in trial and shall not create any hurdle in proceedings of the company for smooth business operation or payments to the earliest... Dear Speak Asians, During the hearing of relaxation of bail conditions of a manager of the Company on 18/10/2012 , the Eow stated that they would file their chargesheet within a month. During the hearing of the AISPA SLP in the SC on 19/10/12 the court was of the opinion that since they had themselves asked for investigations to continue they could not backtrack on that position . However the court indicated that the petitioners may make a plea for consolidation of investigations . In view of the above circumstances the petitioners lawyers preferred to withdraw the SLP .
