Today  Times of India published some shocking news, according to them EOW Mumbai will  file 2 FIR against Speak Asia’s sister companies i.e;  SevenRings International and Admatrix Pvt Ltd. Friends dont get panic from todays article of  Times of India. This all baseless news and we expected one or two more articles like this before 2nd april hearing.. Media is used to do thing like this which we had allready since previously too. So dont panic all is well. Everything is going in to right and very positive directions …… Jai SpeakAsia.. regards….

सभी स्पीक एशियन भाइयो व् बहिनों को मेरा प्यार भरा नमस्कार दोस्तों जैसा की आप सब लोगो को पता है की स्पीक एशिया अपने जंग के आखिरी मुकाम पर है, मैंने पहले भी बार बार अपने भाइयो व् बहिनों को अपने पोस्ट के जरिये बार बार आगाह किया है, की वो लड़ाई के इस निर्णायक मोड पर एकजुट रहे दुश्मन बहुत चालाक है वो नहीं चाहता की हम एक जुट रहे और हमारी लड़ाई किसी निष्कर्ष पर आ कर पहुचे. हमे इससे पहले भी बहुत बार गिराने की नापाक कोशिश की गयी जो हम सब लोगो की एकता व् अखण्डता के चलते संभव नहीं हो सका.साथियो इस दौरान हमने अपने जिंदगी के बुरे से बुरे दिन देख लिए है ,और जितने बुरे दिन देखने थे वो देख चुके अब तो बस जरूरत है सुरुवात करने की एक नयी पारी के साथ लोगो के हसते व् खिलते हुए चेहरों के साथ अपने बड़े बुजुर्गो के माताओं व् बहिनों के आशीर्वाद के साथ,तो निश्चित ही हमारा भविष्य सुनहरा होगा मुझे इस बात मैं लेस मात्र भी संदेह नहीं है ,दोस्तों मैं ह्रदय से धन्यवाद देना चाहता हू, अपनी पूरी AISPA व् AISPA की पूरी लीगल टीम को जिन्होंने अपने रात दिन के अथक प्रयास से हमारी लड़ाई को इस मोड पर पहुचाया फिर...

Greetings to All !!! The Affidavit that needs to get submitted to AP CID will be done soon...During the mediation meetings all the queries and questions have been solved out with a proper clarification for which the mediator's report has been submitted in SC... A copy of that report through SC will be sent to the concerned agency for clarification...which will lead to quashing the case in lower court and SC for which the date is likely to get preponded which is listed on 27th April... ...   N** we are patiently waiting for 2nd April writ 383 where we are expecting the website login along with exit option to get activated and also a POP UP from the company which will guide us through the way for restart... Once the exit payments start all other cases shall have no p**** and will be quashed soon...Its understandable to see the frustration and the procedural delay which has been taking place....however once done we will rise again Thanks and Regards ...

On 27th March 2012 their was hearing of Criminal leave petition 7509-7510 its hearing on 27th March .  For Quashing FIR filed in  CRIMINAL PEITTION No.5626 of 2011 ( filed in Andhra Pardesh high court  under  Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes Banning Act 1978  ) requested  Special Leave Petition (Criminal)     7509 -7510     OF     2011   Was Filed in Supreme Court on 17 October 2011
