In view of the Charge sheet filed in the Vijayawada matter, The SLP 7509/7510 in the Hon’ble Supreme Court has been disposed off. It has been clarified by the Supreme Court that the trial court should adjudicate the matter without taking into account the observations of the AP High Court. आन्ध्र प्रदेश पुलिस धोखाधड़ी के आरोप में पकड़कर ले गयी सूरत। एन.मार्ट के मालिक गोपाल शेखावत को आज आन्ध्र प्रदेश पुलिस की टीम धोखाधड़ी के मामले में गिरफ्तार करके आन्ध्रप्रदेश ले गई। ज्ञातव्य है कि शहर सहित देश के विभिन्न प्रदेशों में कम समय में ही एन मार्ट के नाम से रिटेल मोल खोलकर गोपल शेखावत रातों रात सुर्खियों में आ गये। पुलिस सुत्रों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसारआंध्र प्रदेश में सी आर 154/2012 आईपीसी 420 के तहत गोपाल शेखावत की कंपनी के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी की शिकायत दर्ज करायी गयी है। आन्ध्र प्रदेश की पुलिस टीम ने सूरत पहुंचकर अरेस्ट वोरंट के आधार पर गोपाल शेखावत को गिरफ्तार किया। अपहरण की आशंका के आधार पर परिवार वालोंं ने पुलिस आयुक्त से शिकायत की। पुलिस आयुक्त ने उच्च अधिकारियों को सूचना देते हुए आन्ध्र प्रदेश पुलिस से संपर्क कर आंध्र प्रदेश पुलिस की टीम सही होने को सुनिश्चित किया। आंध्र प्रदेश पुलिस ने बताया कि धोखाधडी के आरोप मेंं गोपाल शेखावत को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए यहां से पुलिस की एक टीम सूरत भेजी गयी है। अडाजण पुलिस थाने में आन्ध्र पुलिस ने गोपाल शेखावत को गिरफ्तार कर...

Aispa Update                 The Aispa application came up for hearing in front of the Bench of Hon'ble Justice Radhakrishnan and Hon'ble Justice Deepak Mishra . The detailed update of the hearing will be available by tomorrow evening .                   The highlight of the hearing was that the court was of the opinion that as the company has stated through an affidavit in the Hon'ble SC that it wishes to pay all pending dues so there is no need of any criminal investigations. Prima Facie the Court's mood was in our favour and sensing the mood of the court the EOW Mumbai asked for one months time to file an affidavit. and the court was pleased to grant them time till 19/09/12 .                    Dear Speak Asians, There seems to be some confusion amongst the panelist regarding the update of Ashok Sir and the prayer of WP 383/2011 . You have to read the whole update collectively and cohesively and not in parts or portions. The effective situation is such that we can assume that we are moving towards the payment of exitors as already announced by the company. This assumption is based on the many things including the direction which the courts are taking and the Mediation Process. The payment of earned RP's has not yet been announced by the company and nor directed by the courts as yet and we can assume that to happen as and when it is announced by the company.
