ABA Hearing was SUCCESSFUL because

a] The EOW wants to delay the hearing which means the contents of this ABA has made it nervous


b] The court has allowed vi*eo graphing of Mr Ashok Bahirwani's Interrogations which means the court has understood that there is truth in the all**ations made in the ABA.

c] The court has allowed the company to come and Explain it's Business Model . Depending on legal advice either the company or Mr Ashok Bahirwani can explain the business model . Since recruitment is not compulsory in Speakasia it cannot be termed money circulation.

d] If the Business Model is alright then what is the problem . Why should EOW investigate ?

e] If the court is satisfied with the business model then they can tell the EOW to stop it's investigations and not interfere with the company's operations.

f] our respectable Corporate Affairs Minister called SAOL bogus only because it is not registered with the MCA . We expect a clear cut decision from the judiciary and because one case got stooped midway it is no reason to believe that all other cases will meet the same end . There was a company called Jan Seva from the south which was an MLM company . It was being investigated by the CB CID ,AP . This company explained it's business model to the court and the AP high court instructed the CB CID to stop investigations and not disturb the working of the company .

That is the only reason for this long fight , to ensure Speakasia restarts.

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
