कल यानि की 19-9-2012 को माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद बहुत से स्पीक एशियन निराश और परेशान नज़र आ रहे है ! ऐसा इसलिए हो रहा है क्योकि हम तथ्यों को जाने बिना बहुत ज्यादा उम्मीद लगा बैठते है ! माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कल के फैसले से हमें तनिक भी बिचलित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है .क्योकि कल जो भी माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला रहा है वो हमारे समझ से हमारी उम्मीदों से गलत हो सकता है .परन्तु फैसला गलत नहीं हो सकता !यदि हम इस फैसले को भावनात्मक दृष्टी से देखेंगे तो हम दुखी और निराश अवश्य होंगे जो की स्वाभाविक भी है .परन्तु हम जीवन में भावनाओं से नहीं बल्कि तर्क और तथ्य से आगे बढ़ते है ! और माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला भी तर्क और तथ्य पर ही आधारित होता है! परन्तु यदि तर्क और तथ्य की बात करे तो कल का फैसला हमारे लिए बिल्कुल सही और निष्पक्ष हुआ है ! एक पुरानी कहावत है की " दो घरो का मेहमान भूखा रह जाता है"! यही अब तक हमारे साथ होता आया था! यदि हम कल के मा.सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले की बात करे जो हमारे समझ में आया है, जहा फैसले के वक्त हम स्पीक एश यन काफी संख्या में मौजूद थे वो ये है

स्पीक एशिया से जुड़े पेनलिस्ट के लिए बड़ी खबर आ रही है। स्पीक एशिया स्केम की जांच कर रही ऐजेन्सी एसएफआईओ ने कानून मंत्रलय से सलाह मांगी हैं, परंतु उसने क्या सलाह मांगी है और उसकी जांच कहां तक पहुंची इस मामले में अभी कोई जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं हो पा रही है। बताया जा रहा है कि SFIO ने इस मामले की जांच को कानून मंत्रलय एवं कंपनी मामलों के मंत्रलय के पास भेज दिया है परंतु जांच रिपोर्ट अभी तक सार्वजनिक नहीं की गई है। इस संदर्भ में लगाई गई एक आरटीआई के जबाव में यह बताया गया है कि स्पीक एशिया की जांच अभी प्रक्रिया में है एवं जांच के दौरान संपादित गतिविधियों की सूचना सार्वजनिक नहीं की जा सकती। यह भी बताया गया है कि SFIO की जांच रिपोर्ट आरटीआई के तहत सार्वजनिक नहीं की जा सकतीं। जांच के निष्कर्ष क्या निकले, यह तो समय के साथ ही पता चलेगा परंतु यह सुनिश्चित हो गया है कि SFIO की जांच पूरी हो गई है और उसने अंतिम निर्णय के लिए मामला कानून मंत्रलय एवं कंपनी मंत्रलय की ओर फारवर्ड कर दिया है। देखना यह है कि अब इन दोनों मंत्रलयों में स्पीक एशिया की फाइल पर निर्णय कब तक हो पाता है।  source :

आज मेँ हिन्दुस्तान की जागरुक और जिम्मेदार मीडिया से पूछना चाहुगाँ कि आज एनमार्ट के विरुद्ध हो रही कार्यवाही को क्यो नही कवर किया जा रहा हैँ? क्यो एनमार्ट की हकीकत दुनिया के सामने नही लाई जा रही हैँ । जो शेखावत वास्तव मेँ 00000000 हैँ उसके खिलाफ एक शब्द कहने की हिम्मत नही और तो और ऐसे आदमी को अपने चैनलो पर प्रमोट भी करते रहे और स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ तो मीडिया ने अपनी सारी हदेँ पार कर दी थी और गुरुघंटाल जैसी ना जाने कैसी कैसी उपाधियोँ से एक ईमानदार कं. को नवाजा गया था।     हकीकत ये हैँ कि गोपाल शेखावत पूर्व राष्ट्रपति के परिवार से हैँ और हिन्दूस्तान की भ्रष्ट मीडिया उसके दर पर रोज सलाम ठोकती हैँ । स्पीक एशिया के मेटर मेँ जो मीडिया अपने आप को बड़ा जिम्मेदार और जागरुक बता रही थी वही मीडिया आज सो रही हैँ । स्पिक एशिया के खिलाफ तो मीडिया का मिशन चल रहा था यहाँ तक की तफ्तीश के लिये सिंगापूर तक पहुँच गये थे लेकिन इस मीडिया की देश भर मेँ स्थित सैकड़ो एनमार्ट के आउटलेट्स मेँ से एक मेँ भी पैर रखने की हिम्मत नही हुई । एनमार्ट के विरुद्ध हुई शुरुआती कार्यवाही मेँ ही इतनी कालाबाजारीयाँ उजागर

सभी स्पिक एशियंस भाई और बहन को नमस्कार . हम सब 7509/7510 से ये उमीद लगा बैठे थे की इस केस में सभी केस का status 31 अगस्त. को जमा होगा और यही से एक या दो डेट में सभी crimanal केस ख़तम होने के direction मिल जायेगा .लकिन कल कुछ और ही हो गया .ऐसा सबका अपना अपना सोचने समझने का नजरिया है की कौन कैसे सोचता और समझता है .कल कुछ अपने लिए सही भी हुआ है और कुछ गलत भी हमारे अनुसार. सही ये हुआ है की ऑल इंडिया बेस पे अगर सेम केस में कोई भी सरकारी. ऐजेनसी किसी भी कोर्ट में कोई चार्ज शीट जमा करा देती है तो उस टाइप के और केस जो भी पुरे देश में चल रहे होते है और उसे जो ऐजेनसी जाँच कर रही होती है उन्हें चार्ज शीट नहीं जमा करना पड़ेगा और इस प्रकार के सभी केस को एक साथ जोड़ के उस चार्ज शीट के आधार पे देखा जायेगा (AISPA के अपडेट के अनुसार). जो हमारे लिए सही है. अब EOW चार्ज शीट नहीं दे सकता दूसरी positive बात सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जो कहा है की trial कोर्ट आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के कमेन्ट के तरफ अपना धयान नहीं दे. तीसरी positive बात की चार्ज शीट जमा हो जाने के बाद जाँच बंद . गलत बात ये हुई है की पिछ

Respected Speakasians, Many panelists are confused due to two updates regarding SLP 7509/7510. Just want to clear that there is no need of any confusion. Confusion is a very personal choice & any one can avoid it very easily, Now coming to the point. First update was on 9th August, 2012 after the hearing in Hon. Supreme Court. That was: "The Speakasia's Writ SLP/7509, 7510/2011 to quash criminal proceedings in Hon. Supreme Court against State of A.P. Thr. CID, Hyderabad & Anr was heard. The CB-CID have submitted that they do not wish to file any Affidavit in the matter. So the Hon. Supreme Court has asked the Company SAOL to file a list of all pending litigation in their matter within the next two weeks. The matter will be heard on 31st August, 2012.
