लगता है यह भष्ट मीडिया और EOW किसी कम्पनी विशेष (N***T) के लिये काम कर रहे है। EOW  माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट  के बुलाने पर उपस्थित नही होता है और न ही अपनी  बात रखता है।  और TIMES OF INDIA के इन्टरव्यू में SAOL पर गंभीर आरोप लगते हैं। जैसे ये सरकारी अधिकारी न होकर कम्पनी विशेष के पिट्ठू हैं।  लगता है यह माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऊपर हैं। न्यायपालिका इनके ठेंगे पे है।                       अब    EOW और सरकारी वकील    इतने  निचले स्तर तक गिर चुके है,  कि   वे   अदालत को  भी गलत सूचना देकर गुमराह कर रहे है।  जिससे   न्याय  प्रक्रिया में विलंभ  हो ।   यह सब उन राज्यों में हो रहा है जहाँ कांग्रेस शासित सरकारें हैं।  चाहें वह दिल्ली हो, चाहें महाराष्ट्र हो, या राजस्थान। EOW कम्पनी को क्लीन चिट देने के लिए रु. ५००० प्रति पैनेलिस्ट मांग रहा है।EOW के इस HARASSMENT के लिए पैनेलिस्ट संघ ने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में याचिका भी दायर की हुई है। किन्तु यह सरकारी अधिकारी नैतिक रूप से पूर्णतया दिवालिया हो चुके हैं। यह पैसे और पद के लिए भ्रष्ट उद्योगपति और नेताओं के गुलाम हो चुके हैं।

Below is extract from article of a leading newspaper, DNA India, published on 1st Oct 2011. "The finding is based on an arrested web designer’s confession. According to EOW sources, Nayan Khandor, the director of Brand Saloon Inc in Dadar (W) and a web designer, met SpeakAsia CEO Manoj Sharma in February 2010. He was given the task of creating e-surveys and e-magazines for the firm. “He told us that initially, he was paid Rs 10,000 a month.But his last cheque was for Rs 1.50 lakh. This means that he had increased his survey rates after SpeakAsia became popular and more people started investing in it,” said an EOW official on the condition of anonymity." Good Morning Speakasians, AISPA रिट (WP (अपराधिक ) / 3611/2011 ) मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय प्रभागीय बेंच द्वारा कल सुना गया था. जैसा कि आप सभी जानते हैं कि इस रिट में जो अंतर्कलिन अंतरिम राहत की प्रार्थना की है,वो यह है, कि EOW द्वारा जांच, विशेष रूप से पनेलिस्ट्स के खिलाफ, मध्यस्थता प्रक्रिया जो माननीय .लहोटीजी.द्वारा किये जा रही हैं, के अंतिम निपटान तक, रुकवा दी जाए. EOW ने माननीय उच्च न्यायालय को सूचित किया, कि माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक आदेश कल यानी २३ फरवरी, २०१२ को पारित किया था, कि EOW द्वारा जांच जारी रह सकती है. हमने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को देखा है और आदेश बहुत ही स्पष्ट है, कि माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कल का मामला, सिर्फ अदालत से अनुमति प्राप्त करने के लिए था, कि १ करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर जो न्यायालय की रजिस्ट्री में जमा किये गए थे उसे Fixed Deposit में जमा किये जाए , ताकि जमा राशि पर ब्याज कमाया जाए जबतक कि मामले का फैसला नहीं हो जाता. Good Morning Speakasians, The AISPA writ (WP (cr) 3611/2011) was heard by the Hon’ble Divisional bench of the Mumbai High Court yesterday. As you all are aware that the Ad interim relief prayed for in this Writ is that the investigation by the EOW especially against the panelists should be kept in abeyance till the final disposal of the Mediation Process being undertaken by the Hon. Mr. R.C.Lahotiji. The EOW informed the Hon’ble High Court that the Hon. Supreme Court had passed an order yesterday i.e. 23rd February, 2012, that the investigation by the EOW can continue. We have seen the Supreme Court order and the order is abundantly clear that yesterdays matter before the Hon’ble Supreme Court was simply for seeking permission from the court to park the US$ 10 Million deposited with the Registry of the Supreme Court in a Fixed Deposit so that the amount could earn interest while the matter is being decided.
