Check the below important positive points

NO 1- direction to Respondent No.3 to disburse the payments due to the Petitioners and other panelists against the reward points earned by the panelists and also direct to R4 to refund the subscription amounts due to the Petitioners and other subscribers for the period the e-magazine was not provided.

NO 2-directing that the money so collected from the panelists/subscribers be refunded them in toto as being public money and any investigation shall not put an embargo or hitch in the refund of the same.

NO 3-the present petitioners and allowing them to participate in the business activities of the Respondent No.3 to earn their day-to-day livelihood
SO PAYMENT TO THE PANELIST IS DAMN SURE,SO DO NOT WORRY FOR THOSE WHO HAS SELECTED THE OPTION OF EXIT.

Just now gone through the ORDER,the order is mixture of positive and less negative,why i said less negative because till now none of the investigating agencies has find any solid proofs against the company and not going to get success because our company is very clean,i come to the conclusion that the order is positive for the EXITERS,i think for the restart we have to wait until and unless the investigating agencies get tired and makes their hand up...

    I want to ask the same question what Mr. Jiten asked. We know at this stage it's very important to get back our money from the company as we have almost emptied our account and after joining speak asia we didn't do any other job. Since last May'2011 we did only one job i.e. we were waiting for the re-start. Company faced many legal hurdles and still they are trying to solve each single issue with guts. Since we all know how our Indian Legal System works it will take another one and half years to restart business and EOW ke liye yeh abhi izzat ka sawal ban gaya , aasani se chorenge nehin. So company should think an alternative plan to restart business. Because we the panelists need job which only speak asia can give us. Please send this post to the marketing team (saol blogpost) or to the top officials of the company so that they can know how we love speak asia and how eagerly we are waiting to see the re-start of business.

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
