Good Afternoon Speakasians !!!

It is very well understood the only way for Restart of Operation is through WRIT 383...As soon as we get the order from SC for further proceedings it will result in quashing of all pending cases in lower courts...which will open our gateway to get the things done before the summer holidays of SC that is approaching...

There is no doubts that the management is working very hard and also in a fast manner without facing any kind of problems from any govt. agency or any other body or individual as the stay of investigation has been imposed for eow till 3rd May...

We are expecting major relief before that so there shall be no other problems created by anyone anymore and can result in smooth functionality of our company in the coming days

There is no doubts that our management have almost completed other pending work and formalities side by side to ensure that delay wont be an issue at all...

Now we are waiting for the positive and great outcome from writ 383 as this is the key solution for all the problems to get vanished as soon as possible...and will get our business restart at the earliest possible time...

I can see many people have lost their hopes because of the time consuming process but these days we all will remember well and never forget as it was a kind of experience in life which has showed us everything and have made everyone realized who are our own and who are not being it friends,families or any other relations...Now we all know who are our near ones and who are not...

As it is said everything has a reason and we all live in this world for a reason...and everything happens for a great reason...Let everyone realize their reason in life as happy are those who live in this world for a reason...We all are a part of it and we should take pride and honour with the revolution that is coming with one and only

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
