As it is seen many of us are confused regarding what is happening and what will happen...i would like to clarify here there is nothing to worry about
LET ME EXPLAIN HOW

On 11th April the case which got heard was Raigad and thane case in MHC...this case is company's case as our company Speakasiaonline is the party itself in it...Now what has happened on 11th April is still a mystery as our legal team phoenix were present there from the company side and there is nothing to worry about it as this case cannot block our way with the ongoing proceedings .

Navneet Khosla application has been disposed off on 4th April which itself is a great news for all... 

Now we are waiting for Apcid case which is suppose to be heard on 17th April...And the status is final disposal in high court...fingers crossed for 17th April...

Writ 383 which is suppose to be heard on 30th April is for only Exit optioners for which the outcome is expected only for exit optioners...there is no such restriction put by any Govt. agency or the judiciary for restart and Normal payouts...

Moreover certain circulars have been issued by RBI to open the gateway for company like us

For the website certain steps has been initiated by legal team to get the website back completely and not in installments...

1.CBDT needs to file their affidavit by 16th april about the tax liablities which they said was pending

2.EOW needs to submit the affidavit with proper proofs in SC before 30th April...

Point no. 1 and 2 are the procedure to be completed for Restart of the business and not for payouts...

Hardly there are any criminal case left now which can create any hurdles in our way...

Our Management SAOL knows everything and is working hard day and night for positive outcome in this month itself...

I request all not to be confused as things are moving in the right way and we are expecting major relief by the ongoing activities by our management

Dont focus on Dates just focus on PE ...once the formalities is completed which is after quashing of criminal case we will rockkk and great days will start ahead ...

We are close to our FINAL VICTORY and very soon everyone will be delighted after a long struggle phase with our Company...

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
