Navniit Khosla Came to the meeting along with EOW and Justice Lohati Simply Asked Him to leave the meeting as he was not having any Court Orders To Sit into the Meeting (Basically he is not any party to sit into mediation meet)
EOW has still not handed over the server access on demand …
Now the Matter will be listed in the court very soon , Date will be displayed on Supreme Court Website…
All the panelists are simply suggested to wait for Final Decision From The Court…
We all know that without Active Website Login its not possible to restart business or even start the payment process..
*Rest all the Things are Normal and Details of Mediation process being a Closed Door Process is not been revealed publicly …
Whatever Info stated above is subject to My Knowledge and carries no Personal Statements..

Thanks to all those 115 petitioners of the writ 383/2011 in Hon. Supreme Court.
Out of 115 petitioners 97 are from the south. The list has already been posted in many groups with their names & states long ago. When we started the campagain of “Waqalatnama” many opposed, many ignored many found faults with it. And the one’s who supported us without any doubt & without any fear, today we thanks them a lot. Also saying thanks to more 120 petitioners those who appeared as IA later.
Now please wait for the final outcome with patience !
We are bound to win & We will win..!! :o )
माननीय उच्च न्यायालय आन्ध्र प्रदेश में ऍफ़.आई.आर. क्रमांक २४३/२०११ को रद्द करने के लिए दायर की गयी रिट याचिका सी.आर.एल.पी. १०७८२/२०११ की १२ मार्च को सुनवाई ना हो पाने के कारण आज फिर सूचीबद्ध किया गया है ! किसी भी समाचार के आते ही प्रकाशित किया जायेगा ! मध्यस्त्थ्ता के सबंध के भी अगर कोई खबर आती है तो अव्यश्य बताई जाएगी ! धैर्य रखें ! सुखद जीवन जीयें ! :o )
Writ petition CRLP 10782/2011 in Hon. Andhra Pradesh High Court Matter to quash the crime in F.I.R No.243/2011 was not heard yesterday. This matter again listed for today. If we get the info on that we’ll share it with you and if there is any news in ragard to Mediation Meet will inform you all ! Be patient ! Live a happy life ! :o )

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
