Good Evening Speakasians,
We were all eagerly waiting for this date today regarding the Supreme Court hearing of Writ Petition 383/2011.
As you probably know by now that the respondents namely SAOL (Speakasia), HVP (Haren Ventures) EOW, RBI and CBDT (IT Department) were all present today in the Supreme Court.
The hearing could not take place as the Mediators report was not available to the respondents. In the absence of the report the counsels could not seek appropriate instructions from their clients.
The court was pleased to order that the report may be provided to all the parties within two days and the hearing is now adjourned to Monday i.e. 16thJanuary, 2012.
Friends I have been telling all my Speakasian friends that such adjournments are common and we should always be prepared for them. This cannot be construed as a delay but is a normal and regular process.
I once again wish to bring to your collective attention that the franchisees accounts have not been DEFREEZED. I would have been the happiest if this had indeed happened but alas this has not happened as of now. This will surely happen soon.
I am duty bound to see that all the panelists get authenticated and confirmed news about the entire Speakasia matter and I will not turn a blind eye on any rumor or false news making the rounds on any forum what so ever.
Today our website for the third time was opened and log in was possible. It also seems that some RP’s were credited in the E wallets of some panelists on 5thJanuary, 2012.
PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THIS IS ANOTHER SINISTER GAME PLAN TO SPREAD CONFUSION AMONGST THE PANELISTS.
My suggestion is that all panelists please desist from making any transaction or activity till the website is not officially handed over to the company. We all will surely be intimated by the company about the same.
In a nutshell things are moving in a positive direction in all the legal forums. The enemy amongst us who are trying to spread panic and mistrust will keep on indulging in rumor mongering and will spread carnage through spreading positive news which is not true.
Don’t we remember the dialogue from Dabang:“Sahab thapad se dar nahi lagta hai.. pyar se daar lagta hai”.
False Good news is more dangerous than a true bad news.

THINK TO BE POSITIVE WP/1127 DISPOSED

                 सभी मित्रो को नमस्कार, WP/1127/2013 की आज की सुनवाई मेँ माननीय कोर्ट ने जो फैसला दिया हैँ वह बहुत ही सकारात्मक हैँ लेकिन कुछ लोगो को यह फैसला बिलकुल नकारात्मक लग रहा हैँ ।                 अधिकतर लोगो का मानना हैँ कि EOW को बहुत लंबा समय दे दिया गया हैँ । जब मेने भी यह फैसला सुना तो मेरे मन मेँ भी एक पल यही बात आई थी कि EOW को वाकई बहुत लंबा समय मिल गया हैँ । लेकिन जब मेने ठंडे दिमाग से सोचा तो मुझे यह फैसला बहुत ही सकारात्मक और सुकुन भरा लगा । क्योकि रोज- रोज की तारीख से अच्छा हैँ कि एक लंबी अवधि ही सही लेकिन एक समय सीमा तो तय हो गई । अब किसी को बार बार अपडेट के लिये परेशान नही होना पड़ेगा , अब सभी लोग जान चुके हैँ कि चार्जशीट 16 दिसबंर तक जमा हो जायेगी ।
