Mr. Ashok bahirwani was granted relief by the Hon. Mumbai High Court



Mr. Ashok bahirwani was granted relief by the Hon. Mumbai High Court and the Hon. High Court has restrained E.O.W from arresting Mr. Ashok Bahirawani without giving him a prior notice of 72 hours. Now Mr. Ashok Bahirwani is going home after more than 46 days, having fought for us to protect our rights even while he was out of his house. The detailed hearing of AISPA WRIT (Criminal – 3611/2011) for quashing the Navniit khosla’s FIR will be held on 16 January, 2012.
All will be fine very soon.
